Offers and Tours
Experience “Silent Night!” todayThere are a total of 13 Silent Night locations in SalzburgerLand, Upper Austria and Tirol. A few of the locations are just a few kilometres apart. Even those locations that are farthest away, are still only within a few hours’ drive. A number of the locations are also known well beyond Austria’s borders, such as the Mozart city of Salzburg, or Steyr. Others, on the other hand, are very small and are located away from the large tourist areas such as Arnsdorf, Hochburg-Ach or Hintersee in the holiday region of Fuschlsee. Mariapfarr in Lungau, in Salzburg has been known as a place to enjoy the summer freshness, Fügen, Hippach and the Lake Achensee region in contrast, are very popular among winter-sports enthusiasts from around the world.
Really experience a true story
And it is exactly this extravagant mix that makes the journey along the trails over which the song spread throughout the world, so appealing and charming. The individual tours allow plenty of room for your own wishes and needs. Those interested in art history will particularly enjoy the insights in the parish and pilgrimage churches. The museums and exhibitions look at the song in a contemporary manner, its creation and how it spread. On the theme trails, you can really let the locations with their individual flair and rhythm sink in.
Authenticity and originality are really important for each of the Silent Night locations: The museums are housed in historically significant buildings. Nothing was added or staged.
